Welcome to AetherBlocks ("Platform," "we," "us," "our"). By accessing, registering, or using AetherBlocks (available at aetherblocks.com), you ("User," "you") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") in their entirety.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and AetherBlocks. If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform following any modifications to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
By creating an account, you explicitly confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all provisions of these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Risk Disclosure, and AML/KYC Policy.
To use AetherBlocks, you must meet all of the following criteria:
We reserve the right to refuse service to any person or entity at our sole discretion, including in cases where we cannot verify eligibility.
Each user is permitted to maintain only one account on AetherBlocks. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual, whether directly or through proxies, VPNs, or third parties, is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for permanent account termination and forfeiture of all associated balances.
You are solely responsible for:
Multiple accounts, fake accounts, or accounts created with false information will be permanently banned and all balances forfeited without compensation. AetherBlocks reserves full legal rights against fraudulent account creation.
We may request identity verification (KYC) at any time. Failure to complete KYC when requested may result in account restrictions or termination.
AetherBlocks offers three investment tiers, each with different daily compound interest rates:
Daily compound interest is calculated on the compound base, which increases each day as earned interest is added. Interest is credited once daily after completion of all required daily tasks for that day. Tasks must be completed to unlock interest for that period.
Interest rates are subject to change with 7 days' notice. Changes will not retroactively affect completed days but will apply to future interest calculations.
Deposit bonuses are credited as bonus balance upon qualifying deposit confirmation and are immediately withdrawable.
All deposits must be made in USDT (Tether) on the TON (The Open Network) (Jetton) network exclusively. AetherBlocks generates a unique, permanent wallet address for each registered user.
Critical Rules:
AetherBlocks cannot recover funds sent to wrong networks (ERC-20, TRC-20, SPL, etc.) or wrong addresses. Always verify the network before sending. Triple-check the receiving address.
Deposit amounts, transaction fees, and minimum thresholds may be updated by administration. Current values are always displayed on the deposit page.
Withdrawals are processed from your interest balance and bonus balance. Deposit capital (frozen balance) cannot be withdrawn under any circumstances.
AetherBlocks reserves the right to delay or review withdrawal requests suspected of fraud, money laundering, or Terms violations. Accounts under investigation may have withdrawals temporarily suspended.
Daily tasks must be completed to unlock compound interest for each 15-minute period. Tasks become available 2 hours after a user's first qualifying deposit and reset every 24 hours thereafter.
Task rules and conditions:
AetherBlocks operates a multi-level referral commission program. When a referred user makes a qualifying deposit, the referrer earns a commission percentage based on their current investment tier (3–10 referral levels).
Commission rates by level: L1: 5%, L2: 3%, L3: 2%, L4: 1.5%, L5: 1%, L6: 0.8%, L7: 0.6%, L8: 0.5%, L9: 0.3%, L10: 0.2%.
Referral commissions are paid only on legitimate deposits from genuine users. Self-referrals, circular referrals, and artificial deposit inflation are strictly prohibited and constitute fraud.
AetherBlocks may require Know Your Customer (KYC) verification at any time, including before large withdrawals or upon suspicious activity detection. KYC submission initiates a review process completed within 5-15 minutes:
KYC documents required: Government-issued photo ID (passport, national ID, or driving license), front and back photos, and a selfie with the document.
AetherBlocks may reject KYC submissions that contain forged, altered, or fraudulent documents, and reserves the right to report such activity to relevant authorities.
The following activities are strictly prohibited and constitute grounds for immediate account termination and potential legal action:
AetherBlocks and its operators, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, or financial losses.
Cryptocurrency investments are inherently volatile. The value of USDT, while designed to maintain USD parity, carries risks including exchange failures, smart contract vulnerabilities, and regulatory changes. Users acknowledge and accept all associated risks.
AetherBlocks does not guarantee specific returns. Past performance does not guarantee future results. You may lose part or all of your invested capital indirectly if the platform operations are disrupted.
AetherBlocks reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any account and remove associated data from our systems under the following circumstances:
Upon termination for cause, all pending balances, referral commissions, and bonuses are forfeited. If termination is not for cause, we will process any eligible outstanding balances within a reasonable timeframe.
AetherBlocks reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email notification and a prominent notice on the Platform at least 7 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
