REFUND POLICY

1. No Refund Policy

AetherBlocks maintains a strict no-refund policy for all deposits. By making a deposit to your AetherBlocks wallet address, you explicitly acknowledge and agree that:

• All deposits are final, irrevocable, and non-refundable
• Deposited funds are permanently locked as investment capital to generate compound interest
• No refunds will be issued regardless of circumstances, including account closure, dissatisfaction with returns, or changes in personal financial circumstances

2. Limited Exceptions

The only circumstances under which funds may be returned are:

• Proven technical error resulting in double-charging or deposit to wrong account (verified by blockchain evidence)
• Court order or regulatory requirement mandating refund
• Platform closure — in which case remaining withdrawable balances (interest + bonus) will be processed

In all cases, refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the transaction and verified with full transaction details including TX hash.

3. Withdrawable Balances

While deposits are non-refundable, your interest balance and bonus balance are fully withdrawable at any time subject to minimum withdrawal requirements and 2FA verification. These are your earnings and bonuses, not refunds of invested capital.
